Schmidt AI in Science Postdoctoral Fellow
About me:
Hello there!
I'm a postdoctoral fellow in Prof. Francesco Paesani's research group at University of California San Diego.
I am a researcher in quantum chemistry, specializing in developing advanced computational methods. My expertise lies in developing computational spectroscopic techniques, advancing Density Functional Theory, and integrating quantum chemistry with data-driven multiscale-simulations.
Before moving to University of California San Diego, I finished my PhD from Department of Chemistry at Ohio State University under the supervision of Prof. John M. Herbert. My academic journey also includes an M.Sc. in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, as well as a B.Sc. in Chemistry (Hons.) from Visva-Bharati University.
In addition to discussing theoretical chemistry, we can also talk about topics such as football, chess, or Formula 1.
